Industry Canada works with Canadians in all areas of the economy and in all parts of the country to improve conditions for investment, enhance Canada’s innovation performance, increase Canada’s share of global trade and build a fair, efficient and competitive marketplace. 

In the Pacific Region office,  the ICT function had just been transferred from  Spectrum, Information Technologies and Telecommunications (SITT), and the two officers had retired.  We  worked with Industry Canada  in helping the Region make this transition.  We provided  sector knowledge and introduced their new ICT officers to our networks,  implemented an Outlook based CRM system,  co lead teams in  Green ICT and ehealth, and provided strategic input on the fuel cell market  as well as NAFTA and Clean Technology.
