EaglePicher Medical Power is a world leader in implantable medical cells.  Built out of titanium or stainless steel, these small cells power incredible devices such as Cochlear Implants, Pacemakers, Implantable Defibrillators, and Pressure sensors.

EaglePicher Medical is a small division of a large corporation.   They had  excellent technology but were wrestling with the best target market and packaging for it.   We executed a market validation plan that included strategic customer interviews,  competitive analysis, pricing analysis,  determination of market trends and concluded with a recommendation on the direction they should follow.     We also took on the role of leading the sales and marketing effort for this highly technical team.

Over a period of three years we secured new medical programs with St. Jude, Medtronic,  Medel and many others.  We rebranded the division and launched over five new products as well as obtaining a patent on the creation of a modular medical cell.    More importantly, thousands of people are now confidently hugging their kids, hearing a concert or walking the dog due to the medical devices these amazing cells are powering!
